The VPN Policy Wizard walks you step-by-step through the configuration of GroupVPN or site-to-site VPN policies on the SonicWALL security appliance. ![]() This is new behavior in SonicOS 5.6 and above. To allow GVC, NetExtender, or Virtual Office users to access a network resource, the network address objects or groups must be added to the “allow” list on the VPN Access tab. Port 1678 will be used as the ISAKMP source port.Ħ 00:11:12:983 Information The ISAKMP port (500) is already in use. if i have left anything out, please ask.Ħ 00:11:12:222 Information The ISAKMP port (500) is already in use. ![]() i have attached an output log from the vpn application so that maybe that can provide some insight. so, it is something that is confilcting on my laptop only. also, on my same network with a desktop wired into the router, this application works fine and connect to all networks. i have tried it with and without all firewalls and security software. straight microsoft vpn connections connect and run fine as well. my cisco vpn client app runs fine and i can connect to any network with it. now here is what i have boiled it down to. i am working on a laptop via a wireless connection. this is before i establish any kind of connection with any network. everytime i fire up the application it kills my internet connection. ![]() ![]() I am having an issue with the sonicwall global vpn client application. first time to ask a question because i have never needed to.
